Standard/Annual Inspection Pricing
Mile High Inspections charges a base price of $199 for the first 800 sq. ft. of the home to be inspected and an additional $9 per 100 sq. ft. for homes up to 2500 sq. ft.
$125 base price for Annual Inspections plus $7 per 100 sq. ft. up to 2500 sq. ft.
Homes 2500 sq. ft. - 4000 sq. ft. are an additional $10 per 100 sq. ft. ($8 for Annual Inspection)
Homes 4000 sq. ft. - 5500 sq. ft. are an additional $13 per 100 sq. ft. ($11 for Annual Inspection)
Homes 5500 sq. ft. - 7000 sq. ft. are an additional $16 per 100 sq. ft. ($14 for Annual Inspection)
Homes 7000 sq. ft. - 8500 sq. ft. are an additional $20 per 100 sq. ft. ($17 for Annual Inspection)
Homes 8500 sq. ft. - 10000 sq. ft. are an additional $25 per 100 sq. ft. ($21 for Annual Inspection)
Homes 10000 Sq. Ft. And Up Must Contact Mile High Inspections Directly For An Accurate Quote And To Schedule Any Testing Or Inspection Services
*Additional Outbuilding/Sheds are $100 for unpowered and $125 for powered structures per additional Outbuilding/Shed. With Standard or Annual inspection, prices are $25 off.
*Annual Inspections require proof of a Standard Inspection within 16 months of appointment from any certified inspector.
Age Plays A Factor
The only other factor we take into consideration when determining your home inspection cost is the age of the property. We charge a base price depending on the age range the home falls into. This fee is added to the total inspection cost.

Newer Property 20-50 Years Old - $50
Older Property 50-70 Years Old - $100
Old Property 70-90 Years Old - $200
Antique Property 90+ Years Old - $350

Why does the age of the home impact my home inspection cost?
Home safety and coding requirements have come a long way in the last 100 years and considering updated code requirements are released every 3 years a lot could have happened since your home was originally built. While we are not code inspectors at Mile High Inspections, ensuring the proper precautions are taken in older and antique properties to ensure your safety is priority #1 and taking extra time to inspect and look through these older properties and their components is imperative to us in making sure we give you an accurate and honest report.
