Richard picked up my call, scheduled an appt and he was there quicker than any other company. Mind you i rent a lot and have had several instances where something like this happened and no one ever answered the appt so fast! Tested the mold and gave me results in 2 seconds! Luckily it was just normal surface mold because my basement wasn’t very well ventilated. He made my guests feel extremely comfortable, was very friendly and respectful. Went through every detail of what was found in the house, and made us feel much more secure about what we were purchasing and got us our report by the end of the day.
